Culinary Happenings Aug. 4-5, 2012
From all of us at CTKB - we hope you have a great August long weekend! Take some time to enjoy the weather and check out some of these events. Don't forget to come visit us!
Vancouver
Powell Street Festival
We've celebrated Greek, Caribbean, and Scandinavian culture - let's not forget Japanese! Vancouver has a terrific Japanese community, fostered through many generations in BC. Discover Japanese art, food, dance and other cultural offerings at the Powell Street Festival. This is a great opportunity to try Japanese cuisine (if you've never had it) or discover some new dishes (for those more well versed in the cuisine). There is certainly something for everyone at the festival.
Saturday Aug 4th - Sunday Aug 5th, 11am-7pm, Oppenheimer Park (400 block of Powell St)
