Friends of the Fields @ The Sharing Farm

Have you ever been to the Terra Nova lands in Richmond? It’s a beautiful walk or bike but make sure to visit the Sharing Farm, an amazing organic farm that provides food and education to the local community. The Sharing Farm also has weekly staff-led volunteer drop in sessions to help out on the farm. Get out of the urban and into the farm! (As someone who has thinned carrots and helped dig garlic trenches, this is a really fantastic and rewarding experience!)
