Tool - Whip Cream Dispenser

It's certainly a tool that most home cooks do not have. It's niche and built for a few purposes but has real showmanship value: the whip cream dispenser!
The dispenser uses N2O cartridges to quickly aerate chilled cream into whipped cream - instantaneously! No more tedious whipping by hand or machine, this tool does it with the subtle flex of the nozzle. It does take a little finesse to master this tool - I recommend saving one cartridge just "for testing". This tool is for kitchens that use a lot of whipped cream (of course) but also wanting to push the culinary envelope too:
Tip: Use sweeteners, flavourings and liquers to amp up your creams! Try different liquids to experiment with sauces as well.
Trick: Experiment with molecular gastronomy and make a savoury puree to quickly create a mousse.
