Have you had Pazzarella pizza before? You can't believe it comes from a truck! One of the most innovative pizza trucks in Vancouver is run by a couple of gals passionate about their dough. Their ingredients are organic and sourced locally with the flour and tomatoes from Italy. Barb, one of the owners, shares with us some of her insights on what drives her fire:
